Awareness Programmes on earth architecture and appropriate building technologies are regularly conducted at the Auroville Earth Institute to various parties. These programmes are conducted upon request, most commonly to groups of students from Schools of Architecture or Engineering, the Indian Council of Architecture, GO’s, NGO’s, etc. There is a trend of increasing demand for these kinds of sessions, particularly from Schools of Architecture; not only from within India but also globally. Occasionally, awareness programmes are also conducted in villages, often at the request of an NGO working in the field.
